Disappointed

I couldnt get the ringtones Id created to transfer into the tones file. I have iTunes on my PC and had followed the directions to the letter but I could not make it work. Having watched the tutorial a few times I noticed that the iTunes app on the tutorial was on an iMac and when the tones were saved to the iMac desktop and double clicked they were added. I could not accomplish this on my PC and had I known that it would not work on iTunes on a PC I would not have bought it.
